Last week was a busy and exciting week for trips and visits.Ìý Mrs Wadie, Ms Garvey, Mr RichardsonÌý and Mr Jackson took a group of pupils to Berlin during which the city was undoubtably at one of its busiest with all of the football-mania going on!
This was a fantastic experience for the pupils and one which I am sure they will never forget.
On Friday Mrs Reeves took a small group of pupils for an action-packed day of outdoor activities at Stubbers Farm.
Great fun was had by all and the pupils were a credit to the staff and the school.Ìý They all thoroughly enjoyed taking part in various activities including archery, raft building, paddle-boarding and climbing.
Friday also saw a group of pupils undertake their first practice Duke of Edinburgh expedition as they spent 2 days hiking from the village hall in Pleshey to Mill Green in Ingastone, with an overnight stay in Skreens Scout camp.Ìý The pupils all showed great resilience, encouraging each other and demonstrating excellent orienteering skills.
Good luck to them all when the times comes for the final expedition in October.
